What is a cloche Baker?

Is a cloche the same as a Dutch oven?
It is very similar to using a Dutch Oven, but the cloche was designed to bake bread, so it is an even more intuitive method. In other words, you aren’t lowering the bread into the piping hot vessel, you just lift the lid and slide the loaf onto what is essentially a baking stone.
How do you use a sassafras Superstone?
With a paper towel, wipe a generous amount of canola or vegetable oil across the bottom and sides of the base (in the case of a pizza stone, generously wipe the stone with oil) and place the base in a preheated 400°F oven for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven.
