No. The only way sans is able to kill you is his ability ‘karmic retribution’ which makes his attacks have poison damage for people who have higher LV. In the main timeline, not only is Asriel unkillable, but sans wouldn’t be able to because they didn’t ‘kill’ anyone, only absorb. Asriel is invincible in the fight.
