Double base units are supplied between 700mm wide and 1000mm wide. Double base units 720mm high have a suggested door height 715mm.

In general, the standard depth of a kitchen unit is 60 cm. This includes the thickness of the door and drawers, but not handles. However, this may be a tight squeeze if your kitchen is less than 180cm wide. If this is the case, why not opt for 50cm deep units to give the impression of a larger kitchen.
