How do you use a one touch Delica lancing device?
Gently squeeze and/or massage your fingertip until a round drop of blood forms. Apply the lancing device to the side of the upper part of your finger. Choose a different puncture site each time you test. Repeated punctures in the same spot may cause soreness and calluses.
How do I use an automatic lancing device?
Use your lancing device by following 3 steps.
- Take the cap off the lancing device.
- Insert a new lancet into the lancet device, as seen in the picture.
- Twist off the blue safety cap on the tip of the lancet after you insert the needle into the device.
- Replace the cap on the lancet.
- Twist the cap to set the lancet depth.
