What is MooGoo used for?
MooGoo Skin Milk Udder Cream is used in a number of hospitals in Australia as a moisturiser cream for dry and damaged skin following radiation treatment and chemotherapy.
Where is MooGoo made?
Most of MooGoo’s creams are made on the Gold Coast, while hair products are made in Sydney and other products, such as lip balms, are made in Perth where the company started.
Why is MooGoo called MooGoo?
We’re called MooGoo because our first cream was based on a balm used in dairy farms to help keep the cow’s udders healthy and supple. The cream was first made by our founder for his mum, who suffered from a common skin condition.
Is MooGoo Australian owned?
Australian-made. We’re a family owned, Australian company with an entire range of natural and gentle products that are made with effective ingredients and no gimmicks.

Can you use MooGoo on face?
This works by drying out the oils on the face to keep pimples from forming, but it’s also very harsh on the skin – not a price we’re willing to pay. We designed this leave-on moisturiser to cleanse the skin of bacteria and keep it hydrated to help control the over-production of oil.
Does MooGoo have fragrance?
The scents we use are proprietary blends from the company we get them from, and we’ve had no reactions since we made the switch. Also, of course it is free from phthalates, which is the main concern in fragrances.
Is MooGoo made from milk?
Almost all of our products do not contain milk, except for our Cleansing Bars. We do add Milk Protein to some of our moisturising creams as it happens to be very good for maintaining skin elasticity and for protecting the hair shaft in our Hair Care products.
Are MooGoo products organic?
Are your products certified organic? Our products are made of natural ingredients, but not all of them are certified organic.
Is MooGoo TGA approved?
MooGoo Skin Care sunscreen manufacturer founder Craig Jones has called on Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) to make it mandatory for all ingredients in Australian sunscreens to be clearly visible on labels.
Does MooGoo expire?
All MooGoo products have an expiry date noted on the label (generally on the back or at the seal), but should last 24 months if stored under 30 degrees, away from sunlight.
Is MooGoo certified organic?
Our Rosehip Oil is cold-pressed and certified organic by the USDA, which is one of the most rigorous organic certification schemes in the world.
